Meet Clare Spartz
Clare Spartz always expected to be in real estate - helping others buy and sell homes and being in the center of the buy/rehab/decorate/sales process - and finally hand the chance to put her dream in play in early 2004.
Successful careers in marketing, training and sales shaped Clare professionally; passion for homes and the "hunt", decorating (and editing), rehabbing, finding a deal, negotiating, and more importantly helping people define their vision and ultimately live their vision motivate her personally.
Obvious strengths include a positive attitude, a very high energy level, a quick study, strong knowledge of competitive pricing, marketing and promotions, unlimited resources through a huge professional and social network, a passion to create a win-win and a "can-do" spirit.
Clare's goal is to provide homebuyers and sellers a positive experience that achieves their financial goals with a quick turn-time. Simple as that, but enhanced and supported by the "Clare Flair".
Clare lives in a converted loft in Lincoln Park and has enjoyed living in four other neighborhoods in Chicago as well as three cities on the East Coast. She is number 10 of 11 kids, has 28 nieces and nephews and is the very proud daughter of her 88 year old dad who is still working, volunteering, working out, writing, creating and living his ever-evolving dreams.
